Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge
1 cup cacao butter
1-2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 – 3/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice
3/4 – 1 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup nut butter of choice (I used hazelnut yuuuum)
handful extra nuts of choice (again I used hazelnuts)
1.Blend together melted cacao butter, vanilla and salt.
2. Add liquid sweetener, cacao powder, nut butter and blend until smooth and well combined.
3. Stir in the extra nuts and pour mixture into a lined tin.
4. Let set in the fridge, once fully set cut the fudge into whatever size pieces you like!
Store the fudge in a container in the fridge.
